The Book of the Forever Damned turned out to consume too many resources for my new hosting service.
I might figure out a way to compress it to fit on the new hosting service, or I might re-install it on my home computer (where it was before). For the time being, it's off line. I hope that doesn't disappoint too many people who hoped to be forever damned.
